This Year 2018 plan to sow two varieties of Okra (Red) and (Green) local Okra with all other summer vegetables and flowers.

Red Okra

First to time to grow RED OKRA seeds at home (Asia Pakistan). What about the seeds germination period, seedlings, healthy okra plant and after that fresh harvest depends upon environment and proper care? Finally what about the taste of RED Okra judge it at harvest fresh Okras at home.

Green Okra

It’s a local Okra easily grow our Asian Pakistan environmental condition without any disease. Last Year I grow Green Okras and easily harvest lots of fresh okra at home and also save seeds.

Tips and Information

1) First fine quality of seeds for better germination  rate

2) Proper sowing month Starts of March to mid of April

3) Soil PH 6.5 – 7.0

4) Temperature Day temperature 25 C (77 F) and night  temperature 12 C ( 60 F)

5) Water misting regular day and evening

6) Preparation of well fertilized soil with all germination nutrients

7) Sunlight 5 to 6 hours

8) Care seeds for pets and flying birds covered with net
