I have three varieties of cherry tomatoes. First on yellow than red and finally Black Cherry Tomatoes. This Winter first time grow Black cherry tomatoes. What about growth after proper care having morning sunlight 6 to 8 hours, liquid fertilizers 2 times ratio of 20:20:20 within gap of 20 days during 60 days period.

All my cherry tomatoes on full of yellow flowers and tomato  fruits also starts.

As my gardening friends seen healthy Aloe Vera plant in big size container.  Normally container size is 22 inch.  Another Aloe Vera plant in 12 inch container.  Check out the healthy Aloe Vera plant. Here some more Aloe Vera in 10 inch pot. Last 5 years I have big size healthy Aloe Vera plant. After that some many baby plants. Here you seen healthy Aloe Vera plant. If you care your Aloe Vera plant. The result small baby plants here see small baby plant in container.

Every December to January flowering spike comes out. Here you have seen flowering spike. The height the flowering spike is 3 to 4 ft. Here you have seen another Aloe Vera flowers spike. Multi color beautiful flowers of Aloe Vera. Color of flowers is light orange and yellow.  

It’s all about when you care your Aloe Vera plant every year. Aloe Vera also medical plant having so many benefits. My entire gardening friend Welcome to Veggies Home Kitchen Garden. Today’s article about harvest of Lemons. As you seen yellow juicy lemons or citrus is ready to harvest. Winter season and December month is progress. December month is Autumn Season. As you seen lemon leaves turns yellow. It does not means problem in lemon plant. In winter season lemon leaves turn yellow and drop down. A time will come when all leaves drops down. Step by step harvest lemons too. A stage will come when no leaves on lemon plant.

I prune my lemon plant at end of December. I also inform my gardening friends how to prune lemon plant. In Spring Season new branches and leaves comes out. Healthy growth of lemon plant. Some lemons are light green waiting for ripening. Due to cloudy atmosphere.  Sunlight not as hot as in summer. Step by step all lemons change their colors too.

All my gardening friends welcome to Veggies Home Kitchen Garden. Today’s article about Strawberry plants healthy growth tips. One month before I grow Strawberries from seeds as well as runners. After one month what about my Strawberries plants growth and also what about next care tips. As you now Winter Season in progress. To harvest fresh juicy Strawberries at home. I convey some important tips to my gardening friends.

As you seen healthy fresh strawberries plants in different size of containers. Someone on flowers too. Here you have seen flowers on this plant. First tip all day Sunlight is essential. All my strawberry plants at home rooftop. More sunlight more healthy growth. In my Strawberry plants 6 to 7 hours daily sunlight. That’s why best growth of my Strawberry plants. Second tip is water. Do not give water early in the morning. When sunlight on all plants than give water. Here you have seen full sunlight on all my plants. In back of tomato plants too. Normally 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Noon. Because winter season at night water dew drops on all plants. Leaves as well as soil are wet in early in the morning. To give water tries not to wet leaves as well as flowers. When Strawberry leaves is wet their change of fungus and also damage of Strawberry plants.

After transplant of 15 days of my Strawberry seedlings. I give liquid fertilizer Urea.  Ratio of 46.0.0. Only Nitrogen.  Having new leaves and healthy growth of plants. Last few days back I give liquid fertilizer of NPK. Having ratio of 10:10:10.  Now my Strawberry plants on flowers. When plants are on flowers. Like vegetable plants. When flowers comes out. Reduce water. Due to too much water flowers drops down and No fruits. At this time I give only PK liquid fertilizer. Digging is also essential to keep soil moist.

Strawberry in one of favorite winter fruit. That can easily grow in different size of pots, hanging baskets, plastic bottles, different corner of your raised bed. Where ever you plant easily grow by proper care.

As you seen all my Strawberry Plants in different size of containers. The container size is 12 inch. Healthy Strawberry seedling growth to become Strawberry plants. Here also in plastic tub. As I told Pot size is 12 inch. Some of Strawberry plants I grow from seeds. After too much care Strawberry Seeds germinate. Some of them from Runners. My Strawberry in plastic pot grow from Runners

My gardening friends they grow strawberry plants from runners or whatever to grow it from like seeds. Here some important tips. 6 to 8 hours morning sunlight is essential for healthy growth of Strawberries. Second soft and moist soil. In my soil have some coco peat, vermi - compost and leaves compost. Not to over watering. Well drained container or pots. To keep the soil moist by digging after 2 to 3 days. These are starting tips. As cold weather increases day by day care and more tips to you.

All my gardening friends welcome to Veggies Home Kitchen Garden.  Today’s article about Transplant of Tomatoes Seedling. 7^th of October I sow seeds of Yellow and Red Cherry Tomatoes and also other varieties of tomatoes. Now 15 days passed to sow seeds of Cherry tomatoes. Today’s 22^nd of October. At this time my tomatoes seedling is ready to transplant in different type of container as well as raised bed where 5 to 6 hours sunlight. Sunlight is most important.

All my gardening friends here you seen tomatoes seedling. First pot Yellow Cherry Tomatoes Seedling. Second pot Red Cherry Tomatoes Seedling. As you seen new tomato leaves comes out. Seedling is ready to transplant. The important tip is that when you transplant it. There are three stages. First stage to become a healthy tomato plant. At this stage proper care and fertilizer for healthy growth of tomatoes. Increase the ratio of Nitrogen.  Second stage is tomato flowering. Third and final stage harvest fresh tomatoes at home. All these three stages weather is changes too because Winter Season in progress.  A stage will come in Winter Season that is Fog. During Fog plant growth is slow down. So it is better to transplant all your seedlings at proper time.

Inside a small pot Black Cherry Tomatoes seeds starts germinate. Every year I sow seeds of Yellow and Red Cherry Tomatoes.  Black Cherry Tomatoes are available in Lahore Pakistan. So I decide to change the taste of tomatoes.

A Best Quality of Seeds is written.  Fresh and best quality of seeds easily germinates. Secondly you follow sowing, harvesting and flowering chart on the packet. The instruction on chart of the packet according to European weather condition. We are Asians best October month to sow all winter vegetables, flowers seeds as well as bulbs. Okras Mid September Harvest Tips

I sow Okra from seeds in Spring Season. Starts harvesting Okra in month of June. Still harvesting Okras at home in mid September by proper care. If I care more harvest till end of October month. 

Here some Okra’s tips. 

1) Especially in July – August safe plants from heavy rain place in under shade. Save Okras from lots of disease and pest in rainy season. 

2) Take vinegar add in water spray your okra plants. or take a lemon or citrus add juice in water spray your okra plants.

3) Spray with Naeem Oil and at last spray with chemical to remove all types of diseases. 

4) Remove excess water from container after heavy rains. 

5) Trimming Okra plant if too much height  

6) Take fertilizer at proper time harvest till end of October.

You have seen I harvest Okras at home by proper care. Still harvest Okras in mid of September. Here home fresh harvested okras. If you seen top flowering buds stop flowering trim okra plants. New buds and leaves comes out underneath of okra plants. You have seen new leaves and bud of okra plants. These are some basic tips.

How to Protect Vegetables and Plants from Pest & Diseases in Rainy Season

Protect and Care Vegetables and Plants from Pest and Diseases

Okra’s is one the most favorite summer vegetables that can easily grow from  seeds at home container by proper care, fertilizer and safe from pest and diseases harvest lots of fresh organic okra’s at home.

In Asia Pakistan month of July and August is Rainy or Monsoon Season. In this season you can protect all your vegetables and flowering plants from heavy as well as lots of diseases that can harm your vegetables and flowering plants.

Today’s all tips and instruction to protect your Okra plants from pest and diseases like fungus, Aphids, Powdery mildew, Yellow vein mosaic and especially Looper Disease that can makes large and small holes on your Okra Plants. If disease in one or two Okra plants trim out Okras leaves. If all Okras plants suffer this disease can spray organic pesticide early in the morning or evening to safe Okra Plants. Keep in mind your pesticide spray is organic not to poison to your vegetables and fruits. Finally to harvest fresh Okra vegetables at home.

Hot Red Chilies

In Asia Pakistan Four Seasons (Winter, Fall, Spring, and Summer). Winter Vegetables and plant sow in month of October and November after proper care harvest in Spring Season. All Summer Vegetables and plants sow in month of Feb and March again after proper care and nutrients harvest in Summer Season.

I sow green chilies in Winter Season seed at home container by proper care and fertilizer seeds germinate within 15 to 20 days. Transplant Chilies seedlings after 15 to 20 days. By proper care and fertilizer first harvest of Chilies in Spring Season.

Here tips for healthy Ripening of Red Hot Chilies in Summer Season Second harvest of Chilies.

 1) Pruning and pinching of Green Chilies in Spring Season for new shoots, leaves and flowering in month of starting summer season for successful ripening of Red Hot Chilies at home.

2) Day Sunlight 8 to 10 hours for better growth.

3) Check of Soil PH Level. Peppers perform best in well-drained, fertile soils with a PH of 6.5.

4) Regular water and take care not to over-water seedling.

5) Balance the ratio of Nitrogen, Potassium and Phosphorus.

Rain is blessing of God after too much hot weather not only human being but also flowers, plants, birds and animals. In Asia (Pakistan) rain is sign of Monsoon Season starts in month of July – August A rainy flower like Zephyr Lily starts blooming in month of June and other varieties of Rain Lily flowers full blooms in month of July and August. You have to care your plants to protect from heaving rains and monsoon season under shade and green house.

Progress Report of Winters Vegetables in Previous Spring Season (2018)

Month of December starts now, suitable for sowing Winter Vegetables as well as Flowering Seeds. Appropriate weather climate day temperature 32 to 35 centigrade and night 20 to 25 centigrade. Seeds germination depends upon fine quality of seeds, preparation of soil having all the nutrients and compost to germinate seeds.

I sow Cherry Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Lettuce, Garlic and Radish seeds in different size of containers. After that proper care and fertilizer seeds germinate within 15 to 20 days. The next step to transplant all vegetables in different size of containers and raised bed. After transplantation by proper care and nutrients now become healthy plants. Finally nutrients according to requirements harvest all winter vegetables in Spring Season.

Care after Transplant of Seedling to become healthy Chilies Plants

1) Place the containers in sunlight because green peppers light warn season vegetable become healthy plant in day temperature 90°F/32°C and night temperature 65°F/18°C.

2) Day Sunlight 8 to 10 hours for better growth.

3) Check of Soil PH Level. Peppers perform best in well-drained, fertile soils with a pH of 6.5.

4) Regular water and take care not to over-water seedling.

5) Balance the ratio of Nitrogen, Potassium and Phosphorus.
